The device features 8GB 4267 MHz LPDDR4X onboard memory which means in regards to RAM the device can not be upgraded as it is soldered onto the motherboard from the manufacturer. The device comes with a 256 GB SSD drive which has less memory available to the user due to system files (operating system etc). This can be upgraded. The webcam is 720p. The FHD 1080p screen is a matte antiglare screen which is non-touch. Has windows 10 Home installed. Operates using the Intel XE graphics chipset. Device is a Platinum silver color with a palm rest that is black carbon fiber. Killer WiFi 6 along with Bluetooth 5.1. 11th Generation Core-i5 1135G7

Tracking information with delivery confirmation will be provided for all shipments.
For more expensive items (0+) someone will need to be available for a signature at the time of delivery otherwise you will have to pick up the item at your local post office

We will ship on Saturdays but the item must be purchased by 11 am eastern time.

Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are still BRAND NEW UNOPENED AND SEALED in the same condition that the item was shipped in - if not then either the item will be return back to you or you will receive a significantly lower amount in the refund up to 50% deducted from the return.
