Hard drive was tested before installing the OS with no errors found, (If we find errors on any drive we dispose of it and replace with a HDD in perfect conditions).
The laptop was taken apart for a deep cleaning and apply new thermalpaste to the CPU.
Drivers, software or manual will not be provided.
Please note that since we receive the laptops from many different ways(auctions, donations, purchase in bulk, etc) we do not have history of use of any item, many times we get them with the OS already install or factory reset so we only update the missing drivers and make sure all of the ports and key functions are working properly but even in those conditions we do not skip the clean up process for no reason.
