This business grade laptop is used but in very good condition. I installed Open Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is fully compatible with all versions of Microsoft Office. I also installed MSE to protect your computer from viruses. I use stock photos in all of my auctions, but you will receive the exact same model notebook as pictured. All of my laptops are in a grade B to B+ condition. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) these are all 8 or better. They are not new but Im sure you will be impressed with the condition. The majority of my laptops will include a high quality scratch resistant black LCD cover. These laptops are in very good physical condition but because the top covers are exposed most of them will have minor scratches. If the condition of the top cover drops below an 8, I will apply the skin cover. The cover really dresses up the appearance and provides and extra layer of protection. If the top cover has very minor blemishes and has a grade of 8 or better I will not apply the skin. Note about the end of Microsoft Windows 7 support:
The extended support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020. You could continue to use Win7 but it wouldn't be as secure as Windows 10, Ubuntu or Linux Mint. Just make sure you have a good antivirus program installed such as Nortons Security. This laptop includes the free version of Avast which offers decent protection but the full paid version of Norton's Security would be a better choice. We use Nortons Security on all of our home and business computers and they have been free of viruses since the day we first installed the software in 2007. I have Windows 10, Ubuntu and Linux Mint laptops available in my ebay store. Im very impressed with Ubuntu and Linux Mint. Both of these operating systems are supposed to be much more secure than windows. All of my Linux laptops include the super fast ssd drives as well.

The warranty covers everything except for normal wear, accidental damage or software issues. Because all batteries degrade over time, I will only guarantee the battery for 6 months from the date of purchase. A brand new battery can be purchased on ebay for around .
