    Burundi Scott #B8, the imperforate two semi-postal stamp souvenir sheet from 1964 commemorating the Tokyo Olympic Games. Mint never hinged. The 2019 Scott Catalog value is .00. See scans for condition - black spots that look like holes are from the scanner and not a stamp flaw.
